DMCI Homes spotlights Acacia Estates’ growth and vision in new AVP

Model and beauty queen Christi McGarry hosts Acacia Estates: Metro's Best-Kept Gem, the development's new AVP.

Can a place in Metro Manila make you forget you're in a bustling metropolis? 

The answer unfolds in Metro's Best-Kept Gem, a new AVP hosted by model and beauty queen Christi McGarry, who takes viewers inside Acacia Estates, DMCI Homes' master-planned residential township in Taguig City. 

Spanning approximately 130 hectares, Acacia Estates offers something increasingly difficult to find in the city: space. Wide roads lined with mature trees, landscaped open areas, and walkable environments create an atmosphere that feels more suburban than urban, despite its strategic location in Taguig.

But Acacia Estates is more than its tree-lined roads and expansive open spaces. DMCI Homes continues to invest in the township's future through a range of new developments and shared amenities. 

With around 46 hectares of remaining land, Acacia Estates continues to evolve while preserving the open character residents value. Planned developments include an events pavilion for celebrations and community gatherings, expansive open fields for outdoor activities, recreational sports facilities, new park trails, aesthetically designed rain gardens, eco-centers, plant nurseries, and additional commercial spaces that will make daily errands even more convenient.

These upcoming additions build on the township's existing strengths. Unlike many developments built around towering high-rises, Acacia Estates is composed of low- to mid-rise condominiums and house-and-lot developments. 

The community is also home to more than a thousand trees, underscoring how nature remains an integral part of everyday life within the township. 

The AVP highlights how Acacia Estates balances tranquility with accessibility. Residents remain conveniently connected to major destinations such as BGC, Arca South, business districts, schools, hospitals, and lifestyle hubs through multiple access points linked to major road networks, including C-5. Yet once inside the community, the fast pace of the city seems to fade into the background.

Through Christi's tour, viewers get a closer look at the township's residential communities, open spaces, and scenic views, including garden landscapes, city skylines, and vistas of the Antipolo mountains and Laguna de Bay. 

The AVP also explores the legacy behind the development. Through Christi's narration, viewers learn how DMCI Homes, the country's leader in resort-inspired living and the first Quadruple A-licensed real estate developer in the Philippines, has spent more than 25 years creating communities centered on thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and everyday comfort. From airy layouts and naturally ventilated homes to balconies overlooking greenery, Acacia Estates reflects that approach to development.

Beyond the physical environment, Metro's Best-Kept Gem showcases the strong sense of community that defines life at Acacia Estates. The video features wellness activities, family-oriented gatherings, and initiatives that bring residents together. One segment highlights the township's Weekend Market, held in partnership with farmers from Tuba, Benguet, allowing residents access to fresh produce while supporting local farming communities. 

Modern conveniences likewise take center stage. The AVP introduces viewers to DMCI Homes' resident services, including HomeEase, which assists homeowners with day-to-day home maintenance needs. It also highlights commercial-grade fiber internet service in new communities, dedicated coworking spaces, the award-winning RideShare carpool service, the DMCI Communities Mobile App, and ParkShare, all designed to make daily living easier and more convenient.

The video opens with a simple but compelling idea: beyond the busy roads and constant movement of the metro lies a community many people pass every day without realizing what exists just beyond its gates. Through the experiences of residents, families, children, and young professionals, it paints a picture of a place where mornings begin with peaceful surroundings, quiet moments are cherished, and life's simple pleasures take center stage. 

More than highlighting the township as it is today, the new Acacia Estates AVP also offers a glimpse into what lies ahead as DMCI Homes continues to expand and enhance one of Metro Manila's most distinctive residential communities.
