Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the quality of all works carried out at the project site is in compliance with Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan.
  • Validates the QMS Quality Plan and Procedures of contractors/suppliers and the project itself.
  • Ensures materials received by warehouse have the certification documents required by the purchase order and certification documents meet the specification.
  • Responsible for the inspection of electrical material for compliance with the Standard Specifications and Plans. Non-conformity shall be raised as applicable.
  • Continuous review of all Logs, covering Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Methods Statement Submittal etc and monitoring their status. Perform random test/sampling.
  • Prepare NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.
  • Identifying and recording quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiating or recommending solutions
  • Coordinate with the D & C any detected problems that need immediate attention, and may opt to stop work should the problem is not addressed. Same report shall be sent to the attention of the QM and/or the QA Supervisor.

    Facilities Officer

    • Facilities Officer is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs to a mid-rise or high-rise condominium complex's electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and all other building systems.     • Coordinate contractor, tenant, and management approvals for work orders that require the use of an outside contractor. Maintains log of work details.
    • Orders parts and supplies as required, and maintains stock and inventory control.
    • Works with Property Manager in planning and controlling annual and capital budgets.
    • Be responsive to tenant complaints in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systems.

    • Be familiar with and conform to all written standard operating procedures associated with site.
