Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has rolled out a mobile application program that gives homeowners in over 60 condominium communities easy access to property management and resident services.
The DMCI Communities mobile app was launched recently to help residents keep tabs on community activities and transact with their Property Management Offices (PMOs) conveniently at their fingertips.
Currently, the mobile app is capable of facilitating the viewing of statement of accounts, online payments for selected communities, and processing of gate pass, and work permit applications.
The app software likewise serves as a platform where residents can find all the announcements, advisories, and other important notifications released by their respective PMOs including well-awaited community events such as free swimming classes, outreach projects, bazaars and other DMCI Homes community development initiatives.
Rem Cordon, a resident of Maple Place in Acacia Estates, Taguig City, finds the app helpful especially in getting important community announcements amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“We have been using the DMCI resident app for monitoring of our monthly dues and reading announcements from PMO,” Cordon said.
Available for free on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, DMCI Communities is continuously updating its services to include more features beneficial to residents. Users can expect future updates that will foster community engagement and automate most of their daily property management transactions.
The app is part of DMCI Homes digital initiatives to keep stakeholders conveniently connected and informed especially with the coronavirus health crisis.
