Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has partnered with the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) to make homeownership more accessible to aspiring condominium buyers through financing options available in accredited residential developments.
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed on October 16, 2026, at the Pag-IBIG Fund Corporate Headquarters in Makati City. Signing the agreement were DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria and Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta, with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling, Pag-IBIG Fund Senior Vice President for Sales and Business Development Sector Fermin A. Sta. Teresa, Jr. and DMCI Homes Chief Finance Officer Evangeline Hernandez-Atchioco serving as witnesses.
Also present at the signing ceremony were DMCI Homes Vice President for Legal Atty. Roel A. Pacio, Vice President for Project Development and Sales Dennis O. Yap, Corporate Communications Manager Butch S. Mendizabal, Finance Manager Rhazelle R. Felices, and Assistant Finance Manager Mariza A. Closa.
Under the partnership, qualified buyers of Pag-IBIG-accredited DMCI Homes projects may apply for housing loans, subject to membership, documentary requirements, and loan approval guidelines set by Pag-IBIG Fund.

The first DMCI Homes project accredited under the program is Anissa Heights, a pre-selling residential condominium development along P. Zamora Street in Pasay City. Also undergoing accreditation are Allegra Garden Place, The Erin Heights, The Oriana, Verdon Parc, Alea Residences, Cypress Towers, Dansalan Gardens Condominiums, East Raya Gardens, Maricielo Villas, Mayfield Park Residences, Palm Grove, Raya Garden Condominiums, Rhapsody Residences, Rosewood Pointe, and Tivoli Garden Residences.
Pag-IBIG housing loans may reach up to ₱10 million, with borrowers allowed to combine their incomes with up to two co-borrowers, who need not be family members, to increase their borrowing capacity. Loan approval and the amount that may be borrowed remain subject to the borrowers’ capacity to pay, loan-to-appraised value ratio, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta welcomed the partnership, highlighting how it will provide members with more housing choices and greater access to affordable financing to help them achieve their dream of homeownership.
“Through our partnership with DMCI Homes, we are expanding housing choices for our members, with up to 3,990 condominium units expected to become available for Pag-IBIG financing once the necessary project accreditations are completed. By combining DMCI Homes’ quality residential developments with Pag-IBIG Fund’s affordable financing, we are helping more Filipino workers and their families achieve their dream of owning a home. This partnership also supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program by bringing more quality homes within reach of our members,” Acosta said.

DHSUD Secretary and Pag-IBIG Fund Board Chairman Jose Ramon P. Aliling said the partnership will expand members’ housing choices and improve their access to financing, supporting the government’s efforts under the Expanded 4PH Program.
“Making homeownership more accessible requires sustained cooperation between government and the private sector. Through partnerships like this, we can connect more Filipino families with homes they can finance through Pag-IBIG Fund. This advances President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded 4PH Program and our shared goal of helping more Filipinos find a place to call home,” Aliling said.
To qualify for the program, buyers must be active Pag-IBIG Fund members and submit the necessary documents, including valid IDs, accomplished housing loan application forms, and proof of income. Additional requirements may apply based on the applicant's employment status (employed, self-employed, business owner, or an Overseas Filipino Worker).

"This partnership reflects our continued commitment to the vision of our founder, Engr. David M. Consunji, of making quality housing more accessible to Filipino families, particularly those in the middle-income segment. By expanding access to financing, we can help more aspiring homeowners build a solid foundation for their future while contributing to the growth of stronger communities," Austria said.
Beyond expanding financing options for condominium buyers, DMCI Homes is also studying opportunities in the socialized housing sector as part of its long-term commitment to helping address the country's housing backlog and providing more Filipinos with access to quality and affordable homes.
