Few may know that Casa Real's story began more than a century ago as the Tuason Residence on Sociego Street in Sampaloc, Manila. Originally built in 1915, the Art Deco home was carefully dismantled and relocated by DMCI Homes to Acacia Estates in 2011, where it was painstakingly restored using approximately 80% of its original materials.

Original narra and ipil floorboards, capiz windows, wooden wall calados, decorative iron grilles, and other heritage elements were preserved, allowing Casa Real to continue telling its story in a new home.

Today, Casa Real serves as the cultural heart of Acacia Estates, hosting weddings, celebrations, and community gatherings while preserving a piece of Manila's architectural heritage for future generations.

Acacia Town Center: Everyday Convenience Close to Home

Having everyday essentials just a short walk away is one of the conveniences residents appreciate most about living in Acacia Estates.

For Ivory Wood resident Jasmin Russel Lim, the Town Center has become part of her daily routine.

"Now that I'm in my third trimester, the pool has become one of my favorite spots. Swimming has been such a nice way to stay active without feeling like I'm carrying the weight of the world."
