HomeAdvance: DMCI Homes’ Early Move-In Program Extended Until June 30, 2026
Upgraded Model Unit
Good news for homebuyers: DMCI Homes has extended the HomeAdvance Early Move-In Program until June 30, 2026.
Originally set to run until March 31, 2026, the program’s extension gives more homeseekers the opportunity to move into their unit early while completing their down payment.
This helps them reduce the financial burden of renting elsewhere and accelerates the transition to full homeownership.
Traditionally, condominium buyers are required to complete the entire down payment period, which can extend up to 36 months, before moving into their unit.
With HomeAdvance, qualified clients may move in as early as four months into their down payment period, offering a more flexible and practical path toward owning a home.
The program is open to clients who have availed of the extended down payment promo of participating DMCI Homes properties and have completed at least four months of down payment.
Eligible buyers must commit to a minimum six-month lease that ends upon the release of the bank loan for the purchased unit. The unit leased under the program is the same unit being purchased, allowing buyers to transition seamlessly into full ownership while already residing in their future home.
Homebuyers under HomeAdvance enjoy several key benefits.
They can move in early and pay a rental rate lower than prevailing market prices, particularly advantageous for those currently renting non-DMCI Homes properties.
They are also relieved from paying standard move-in expenses, including Property Management Office turnover fees, joining fees, water service deposits, and association dues during the lease period, subject to the availed lease term.
Beyond financial savings, the program enables buyers to immediately experience life in a DMCI Homes community.
The HomeAdvance Program is available in select DMCI Homes projects, including Allegra Garden Place, Prisma Residences, Alea Residences, Satori Residences, Sheridan Towers, Brixton Place, Kai Garden Residences, Cameron Residences, The Crestmont, Infina Towers, Alder Residences, The Aston Place, The Camden Place, Calathea Place, The Atherton and DMCI Homes Exclusive’s Oak Harbor Residences.
