DMCI Homes Introduces Early Move-In Program for Homebuyers
Unlock your dream DMCI Homes condo sooner with HomeAdvance.
Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has introduced HomeAdvance, an innovative program designed to give qualified buyers the opportunity to settle into their new homes earlier than the usual turnover schedule.
Traditionally, condo buyers have to complete the full downpayment period, which can stretch up to 36 months, before they can move into their unit.
With HomeAdvance, however, buyers can enjoy their new condominium unit as early as four months into the downpayment period, offering a more flexible and convenient path to homeownership.
The program is currently available for select DMCI Homes projects, including Allegra Garden Place, Alea Residences, The Crestmont, Prisma Residences, Alder Residences, The Aston Place, Kai Garden Residences, The Camden Place, and DMCI Homes Exclusive’s Oak Harbor Residences.

Under HomeAdvance, homebuyers can avail of an early move-in arrangement through a rental promo that offers a lower rental rate compared to prevailing market prices.
In addition, buyers under the program are relieved from paying standard fees that typically come with moving in such as Property Management Office turnover fees which include the joining fee and water service deposit, as well as association dues.
DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said HomeAdvance is one of the company’s value-added innovations designed to enhance accessibility and convenience for homebuyers.

“We want homeownership to be easier, more convenient, and more rewarding. That’s why we offer programs like HomeEase move-in support, Community Internet, HomeReady™ Rent-to-Own Program, the RideShare Carpool Program, and other incentives for investors,” Yap said.
“Now, with HomeAdvance, moving in is even simpler. Together, these programs provide our residents with both lifestyle benefits and long-term investment value,” he added.
