DMCI Homes Makes Community Internet, RideShare Available at The Oriana

Accessible through the DMCI Communities mobile app, RideShare offers scheduled trips between residential developments and key business districts.

Homeowners at The Oriana in Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City can look forward to added convenience as they move into their units, with DMCI Homes’ Community Internet and RideShare services available in the development. 

 

Located within a transit-oriented corridor between Katipunan Avenue and Cubao, The Oriana provides residents with access to major transport options, including LRT-2 Anonas and Katipunan stations and the future Anonas station of the Metro Manila Subway Project. 

 

The project’s accessibility is expected to benefit daily commuters, particularly students and professionals working or studying in nearby institutions and business districts. 

 

The Oriana’s North Tower has begun welcoming its first batch of residents with these services integrated into the property, supporting both connectivity and mobility needs from the outset. 

 

Community Internet 

 

Residents will have access to Community Internet, a built-in, commercial-grade fiber infrastructure that enables immediate and reliable internet connectivity upon move-in. 

 

DMCI Homes provides a subscription-free, commercial-grade fiber internet service known as "Community Internet" across its new and upcoming condominium developments.

This removes the need for initial installation requests, allowing homeowners to go online as soon as they move into their units. The service is also available in select common areas, including the fitness gym, entertainment room, roof deck, and lounge areas. 

 

Community Internet was first introduced in Prisma Residences in Pasig City in 2022 and has since been adopted across several DMCI Homes properties. 

 

While available as a standard feature, residents continue to have the flexibility to subscribe to their preferred internet service providers. 

 

As of May 3, 2026, the service has been activated in 9,246 units across 12 DMCI Homes developments in Metro Manila. 

 

RideShare 

 

RideShare, meanwhile, will also be made available to The Oriana residents as part of DMCI Homes’ mobility offerings. 

 

Accessible through the DMCI Communities Mobile App, the app-based carpool program provides organized shuttle routes connecting DMCI Homes properties to key destinations such as business districts and offices. 

 

The service is designed to offer a more efficient commuting option while helping reduce traffic congestion. RideShare was recognized with the Gold Award for Innovation in Transportation and Logistics at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. 

The Oriana’s North Tower started accepting move-ins in May 2026.

Residents will also benefit from the DMCI Communities Mobile App, which serves as a centralized platform for managing day-to-day condominium transactions.  

 

Through the app, users can conveniently process gate passes, submit work permit applications, and access various property management services. Since its launch in 2019, the platform has been adopted across DMCI Homes communities and was awarded the Silver Award for Innovative Use of Technology in Customer Service at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. 

 

Future residents of the South Tower, which is scheduled for turnover in November 2027, will also have access to Community Internet, RideShare, and the DMCI Communities Mobile App as part of the overall residential offering.
