March 7 Reopening of Customer Care Helpdesk

OFFICE CLOSURE (Head Office and Davao City Office)

Following the government’s implementation of the expanded quarantine in the entire Luzon and the imposition of community quarantines in major cities such as Davao City, we would like to inform you that our Head Office in Makati City, construction sites, and sales offices in both Metro Manila and Davao City will be closed until further notice.

ACACIA TOWN CENTER 

Business operations inside Acacia Town Center will be temporarily closed effective March 16, 2020 until further notice. However, businesses that provide essential services in Acacia Town Center like groceries, drugstores, convenience stores, water stations, and restaurants that provide takeout and deliveries are exempted and should remain open.

PAYMENT EXTENSION 

DMCI Homes will provide all eligible accounts a thirty-day extension to all payments concerning purchased units and parking slots. Please email customercare_payment@dmcihomes.com or contact Customer Care to confirm the eligibility of your account, request to pull out your check from the bank, or stop the processing of your auto-debit arrangement (ADA).

MORATORIUM ON SOA, SORC PENALTIES AND INTERESTS

The Condominium Corporations, through the DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation (DPMC), are implementing a moratorium on penalties and interests for the Statement of Account (SOA) and Statement of Reimbursable Charges (SORC) for the months of March 2020 and April 2020.

Please be informed that the April 2020 billing will also be released at a later date.

RESUMPTION OF OPERATIONS AT THE DMCI Homes Corporate Center

Following the government’s implementation of the modified enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, we would like to inform you that DMCI Homes Head Office at Makati City will be operational with a skeleton workforce starting Monday, May 18, 2020.

However, guests or visitors will not be allowed entry to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.

Do take note that many of our employees will still be working from the safety of their homes.

Our Customer Care Helpdesk will also remain close until further notice.

OPERATION OF SATELLITE OFFICES

Select DMCI Homes satellite information centers will be operational starting May 27, 2020 in a limited capacity, in compliance with IATF guidelines and LGU requirements.

The information centers that will be operational from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekdays only are as follows:

Infina Towers Information Center: Angel Rence Bldg., J.P. Rizal St., Aurora Boulevard,

Project 4, Quezon City

Satori Residences Information Center: 103 Amang Rodriguez Ave., Santolan, Pasig City

• Pioneer Information Center: 8006 Pioneer St., Pasig City

Kai Garden Residences Information Center: 704 Boni Ave., Mandaluyong City

Aston Residences Information Center: 1991 Taft Ave., Pasay City

Calathea Place Information Center: Dr. A. Santos Ave., Parañaque City

Please note that health and safety standards will be strictly implemented in the satellite offices such as social distancing, use of face masks, thermal scanning, and availability of sanitizers for hand washing. Sanitation of the centers will be done as frequently as possible.

For clients or buyers who wish to inquire or visit the satellite information centers, please coordinate with your trusted sales agent/seller first as they will be the ones who will contact the satellite offices for a visitation appointment.

RESUMPTION OF CONSTRUCTION

The following DMCI Homes construction sites have resumed work in varying degrees or capacities in compliance with IATF guidelines and specific LGU requirements:

DAVAO CITY OFFICE UNDER GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE

Our Davao office is currently operating on skeleton workforce, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM - 4 PM.

To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, walk-ins are highly discouraged and only guests or visitors who have booked prior appointments will be allowed entry.

DAVAO CITY OFFICE NOW FULLY OPERATIONAL

Our Davao office is now operating on its regular schedule from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday to Wednesday and 8 AM to 5 PM Thursday to Friday with a skeleton workforce.

To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, walk-ins are highly discouraged and only guests or visitors who have booked prior appointments will be allowed entry.

To ensure everyone’s safety and well-being, walk-ins are highly discouraged and only one (1) guest or visitor who have booked prior appointments will be allowed entry. You may book an appointment through book.dmcihomes.com

Please be also advised that all project sites’ viewing and tripping are suspended for the time being while MECQ is in effect.
