Coming from a traditional house, Joy admits she didn’t expect condo living to feel this comfortable—or this safe. “Although may guard naman sa subdivision namin, dito mas strict sila, so mas nakakatulog ako nang mahimbing,” she shares. 

 

Even her friends—condo dwellers themselves—are impressed. “Most of the time, ’yong mga friends ko ’yong visitor ko. Pag nagpupunta sila dito, sobrang happy sila pag dinadala ko sila sa roof deck.”
