DMCI Homes Expands RideShare Carpool Program to Kai Garden Residences and Dansalan Gardens Condominiums

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is expanding its award-winning RideShare Carpool Program to serve residents of Kai Garden Residences and Dansalan Gardens Condominiums in Mandaluyong City.
RideShare will start serving the residents of the two condominium communities on October 27, 2025.
The expansion introduces a new route connecting residents to Makati City, offering a more convenient and sustainable commuting option for those working or doing business in the area.
From the designated pick-up points at Kai Garden Residences and Dansalan Gardens Condominiums, the RideShare service will bring residents to the following drop-off locations:
- Watson’s Don Jacinto, Salcedo St. cor. Dela Rosa
- Rockwell Power Plant, Main Entrance
- Crosta Pizza, Leviste St. / H.V. Dela Costa
- Makati Sports Club Access, Sedeno & Ayala Triangle
- Legazpi St. cor. Dela Rosa
- Greenbelt 5, Legazpi St. Entrance
- Glorietta 2, Palm Drive Entrance
An exclusive service for DMCI Homes condominium residents accessible via the DMCI Communities mobile app, RideShare is one of the first and only multi-point carpooling mobile app-based shuttle services in the Philippines.
Designed to address the growing challenges of fuel prices and traffic congestion, the program encourages community-based carpooling among residents of DMCI Homes' condominium communities.
By sharing rides, DMCI Homes residents build a sense of community and help reduce traffic at the same time.
Initially piloted in Acacia Estates, Taguig in November 2022, the RideShare Program has since expanded to serve other communities, including Brixton Place, Fairlane Residences, Lumiere Residences, Prisma Residences, Sheridan Towers, Allegra Garden Place, and will soon reach more DMCI Homes projects.
The RideShare Program has already made over 140,000 bookings since its launch, helping DMCI Homes residents travel to destinations such as Uptown Mall, MC Depot, The Mind Museum, Sun Life Financial, Bonifacio High Street, SM Aura, Market! Market!, High Street, and Lane O in BGC.
Residents can book rides conveniently through the app, with designated pick-up and drop-off points to ensure efficient and hassle-free commutes.
One of them, KC Valeza, a working mom, uses RideShare to commute to work, take her son to the barber shop, and run errands like grocery shopping. Even her mother uses the service when meeting friends in BGC.
Residents can easily book and track their ride through the DMCI Communities App.
The success of the program has not gone unnoticed. In 2024, RideShare received the Gold Award for Innovation in Transportation & Logistics at the prestigious Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, further validating its value as a forward-thinking community solution.
