The Atherton now even more accessible with LRT-1 Cavite Expansion

Residents of The Atherton along Dr. A. Santos Avenue in Parañaque City now enjoy faster and more convenient travel across Metro Manila with the completion of the first phase of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project, which officially opened last November. 

With the railway now extending to Dr. A. Santos Station, The Atherton residents have an additional, efficient way to reach key areas across the metro. The LRT-1 now spans Quezon City, Caloocan, Manila, Pasay, and Parañaque, offering seamless access to major business and lifestyle hubs. 

The first phase of the LRT-1 Cavite Extension adds six kilometers to the existing rail network, introducing five new stations—Redemptorist, MIA, Asia World (PITX), Ninoy Aquino, and Dr. A. Santos. With this expansion, the LRT-1 now stretches to 26 kilometers, providing residents of The Atherton with a faster, more efficient commuting option.
