According to Matthias, they found that living in a community like Asteria Residences is especially suitable for a small, independent family like theirs that travels often.
"For our kind of lifestyle, it is best to have a condominium because we do travel a lot. We don't have maids, so we like to have a small place that is easy to maintain. Other advantages of having a condominium is you have various amenities that you can enjoy plus you have the security that makes it worry-free when you leave you home," he explained.
Amid the challenges of moving in earlier than expected, the Hanika couple shared their greater excitement at the prospect of living in to their new home.
"We will be moving in slowly but surely. We'll move in latest by June," Matthias enthused, adding that they are looking forward to making the most out of the vertical community's amenities including various types of swimming pool -kiddie, lap and adult : that cater to people of different ages, fitness gym, basketball court, lounge area, picnic area, and playground where their daughter can interact with their future neighbors.
In fact, the community at DMCI Homes is another quality that the Hanikas are looking forward to.
"It's nice to be able to welcome everybody," Matthias said. "As you can tell, I'm a friendly person. I like interaction with the neighbors. I'm also hoping for some friends for our child."
