DMCI Homes held its annual tradition of honoring its master builders last December 2, 2025 at the DMCI Homes Corporate Center in Makati City.

On December 2, 2025, the company held its annual gathering at the DMCI Homes Corporate Center in Makati City to honor in-house construction workers whose dedication, commitment, and passion set the standard for excellence in the industry.

Attended by the company’s top management—including DMCI Holdings, Inc. Chairman Isidro Consunji, DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria, and Senior VP for Design, Engineering, and Construction Adrian Calimbas—the recognition event for DMCI Homes top-performing workers for this year celebrated the collective effort that ensures every DMCI Homes development is completed with quality, safety, and efficiency. 

 

Celebrating Skilled Craftsmanship 

 

Outstanding workers recognized included form carpenters, finishing carpenters, master carpenters, tilesetters, plasterers, concreters, pumpcrete operators, batching plant operators, drivers, welders, tower crane operators, shotcrete operators, mechanics, masons. Their consistent workmanship and professionalism reflect the strong construction culture that DMCI Homes upholds. 

 

The recognition also extended to tower crane technicians, fleet leaders, callback service technicians, preventive maintenance technicians, senior stock clerks, fit-out specialists, landscaping specialists, timekeepers, project administrative assistants, electricians, capataz, sub-capataz, foremen, and other key personnel—acknowledging their vital role in the smooth execution of projects.

Among this year’s top awardees were Senior JB Tower Crane Operator Raul Belocora and Senior Mobile Crane Operator Roger Begueras, both of whom started their DMCI Homes careers as wreckers. 

 

Through the training programs provided by the D.M. Consunji Technical Training Center, they advanced to senior crane operators and have now become five-time awardees. 

 

“Pagpasok ko sa DMCI Homes, una wrecker lang ako, pero gawa ng training ng DMCI Homes, naging mobile crane operator ako at ngayon senior mobile operator at awardee for five years na. Kaya nagpapasalamat ako sa DMCI Homes sa binigay po nila na pagtitiwala,” Belocora shared.

“Nakakataba po ng puso dahil may ganitong programa ang DMCI Homes na nagpaparangal sa mga worker na katulad ko. Nakaka-inspire po lalo at suportado kami ng kumpanya, binibigyan kami ng mga training para lalo kaming mahasa sa aming trabaho at umangat sa buhay,” Begueras added.
