DMCI Homes turns over Alder Residences’ second building
Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has successfully delivered the Manzuria Building of Alder Residences in Acacia Estates, Taguig City.
The Manzuria Building is the second building turned over to unit owners, following the delivery of the Andea Building last June 2024.
The remaining two buildings, Oregon and Sylvan, are set to be completed in March 2025 and December 2025, respectively.
