Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes recently donated 1,875 full doses of Moderna vaccines to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in support of the humanitarian organization’s COVID-19 vaccination program.
The vaccines were delivered at the PRC office in Mandaluyong City earlier this month.
“We thank the PRC for allowing DMCI Homes to be one of their partners in protecting the public from COVID-19,” DMCI Homes Human Resources Department Vice President Teresa Tiongson said.
“We hope our small contribution will help the PRC’s efforts to vaccinate more communities especially the most vulnerable,” she added.
Health Services Manager Mark Abrigo received the vaccines on behalf of the PRC.
DMCI Homes, through its “Kaakbay” Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, has been steadfast in helping alleviate the impact of the coronavirus health crisis through assistance to various beneficiaries.
For the past two years of the pandemic, the company has extended assistance to various hospitals, communities, schools, charitable institutions, advocacy groups, and industries hardest hit by the coronavirus health crisis to provide them support in recovering from the pandemic.
