Asteria Residences | June 27, 2017
Three more buildings of DMCI Homes' Asteria Residences in Sucat, Paranaque City are set for turnover before yearend in addition to the first two buildings that were completed earlier this year.
The first two buildings of the seven-midrise condominium development, Vinca and Nerine, were turned over to unit owners last February and April respectively-six months ahead of schedule.
The third building, Mimosa, is up for ready for occupancy (RFO) status next month (July) while the fourth and fifth buildings, Lucerne and Begonia, are set for turnover in September and November this year respectively.
Construction of the last two buildings-Heather and Cercis-is also in advanced stage, making them ready for turnover as early as March 2018, and June 2018 respectively.
DMCI Homes project development manager Karen Joyce Bautista said the 2.7-hectare development with a neo-Asian minimalist theme is almost sold out a year before the last building is turned over to unit owners middle of 2018- five months earlier than scheduled.
She attributed the robust sales of the mid-rise development to the heavy presence of upgraders in the highly residential area
“We are already above 90% sold and we believe this is because we were able to capture the upgrading market - with the unit mix we offered and the resort-feel amenities,†Bautista explained during the recent inauguration of Asteria Residences' clubhouse and amenities that include a swimming pool complex, fitness gym, basketball court, lounge area, audio visual room, function hall, picnic area, and children's playground.
Launched in 2014, Asteria Residences offers a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units which cater startup families and young professionals in Parañaque as well as parts of Muntinlupa and Las Piñas.
Located near the San Antonio Valley II subdivision, Asteria Residences well-designed units and resort-inspired amenities give a sense of comfort and relaxation that the south is known for.
On the other hand, the development's strategic location offers access to numerous places of interest complementing the emerging dynamic lifestyle in the south.
Asteria Residences is one of developments of DMCI Homes, the country's first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City.
