Unit turnover begins at completed Hacana building of Satori Residences

The first batch of residents have started accepting their units.

Hacana, the first building of DMCI Homes’ Satori Residences condo project in F. Pasco Avenue, Santolan, Pasig, is already complete and has started accepting move-ins.

The 15-storey residential building houses 1- and 2-, and 3-bedroom units with generous floor areas. 

It is designed with DMCI Homes’ proprietary Lumiventt® Design Technology, a healthy building design which brings natural light and fresh air inside the units.

As of February 2023, Lana building is already 76.7% complete; Rahu at 60.9%; Yasu at 50.7%; and Amani at 38.9%.

The Lana building is scheduled for turnover this August; Rahu in February 2024; and both Amani and Yasu in August 2024.
