Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is taking advantage of the potential opportunities presented by ongoing infrastructure projects to build more residential developments in strategic places across Metro Manila.

Just in the last quarter of 2019, DMCI Homes launched another project along Pasig Boulevard, Pasig City—Allegra Garden Place—in anticipation of the further increase in business activities in the area brought by the ongoing construction of the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas Center Link Road Project and the upcoming Metro Manila Subway Project.

The BGC-Ortigas bridge, which is targeted for completion by 1st half of 2020, will connect with the Lawton Avenue-Global City Viaduct to improve inter-city travel in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig and Makati.

The Metro Manila Subway Project, which is the country’s first intercity underground railway, has proposed stations in Ortigas, BGC, and Kalayaan Avenue that are all near Allegra Garden Place, DMCI's new two-tower condominium project and condo for sale in Pasig.

Launched in September 2019, Allegra Garden Place aims to attract first-time homebuyers and young professionals working in BGC, Makati, Ortigas, and Eastwood City.

The 1.3 hectare project is DMCI Homes’ second project in the area after the sold-out three-tower development Prisma Residences.

Allegra Garden Place is a condo for rent in Pasig that will feature resort-inspired amenities that include an indoor multi-purpose wooden court, elevated roof garden, kiddie pool, lap pool, leisure pool, game area, bar area, entertainment room, roof-deck, fitness gym and Sky Lounge.

The condominium offers a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units spread across two buildings namely Amina and Soraya. The units have a gross floor area ranging from 30 sqm to 83 sqm. The Amina building is targeted for completion by July 2024.

The buildings will feature DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology to allow natural light and air to flow in and out of the living spaces, thereby saving energy by minimizing the electricity use throughout the day.

Allegra Garden Place is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
