Last tower of DMCI Homes’ Pasig project nearing turnover

Lumiere Residences, DMCI Homes’ three-tower residential development at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and Shaw Boulevard in Pasig City is moving closer to turnover with construction work now down to unit finishes as of August 2019.

The 43-level high North Tower should be ready to start accepting its first batch of residents by November 2020 as committed by DMCI Homes when construction began in 2015.

The other two buildings, East Tower and West Tower, were both completed a year earlier than their original target ready for occupancy (RFO) schedule respectively.

East Tower, a 38-storey high building, marked RFO status in October 2017 while 38-level high West Tower was turned over to unit owners in June 2018.
