DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, has unveiled plans to construct a new residential condominium development in Pasay City following the sales success of its previous projects in the area.

Dubbed as Aston Residences, the planned single-tower resort-inspired development along Dominga St. is walking distance away from the company’s first condo venture in Pasay which is the sold-out two-tower La Verti Residences project along Taft Avenue.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. has also sold out the 403-unit inventory of its second venture in the city, single-tower Fairway Terraces in Villamor Air Base, which is due for completion next year.

DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria said Pasay City has always been a real estate hotspot because of its strategic location in the middle of urban centers.

“Pasay City has always been a sensible choice of address for urban dwellers looking for a convenient and dynamic lifestyle because of its strategic location near business centers,” Austria said.

“Its connections to main thoroughfares and infrastructures including the Ninoy Aquino International Airport has further enhanced Pasay City’s allure as a location of choice whether for an investor or an end-user,” he pointed out.

The DMCI Homes executive said the company has high expectations for the planned development because of its excellent proximity to business districts, entertainment hubs, and distinguished schools like De La Salle University and College of St. Benilde.

“With Aston Residences, we hope to present a new product that is consistent with DMCI Homes' brand of high quality, best value homes, and resort-inspired communities to help address the strong residential demand in Pasay City,” Austria said.

Austria said the new development will feature DMCI Homes’ trademark generous open spaces and resort-inspired amenities such as pool complex, landscaped atriums, podium deck garden, outdoor fitness area, children’s play area, sky promenade, Sky Patios, and fitness gym.
