DMCI Homes has completed its Asteria Residences development in Dr. A. Santos Avenue (formerly Sucat Road) in Parañaque City, with the early turnover of its final building, Cercis, late June this year.

The turnover of Cercis building which is originally set for occupancy in November 2018 concludes the construction of the seven-midrise building condominium project that was launched in 2014.

Like Cercis, the first six buildings of the 2.7-hectare development namely Vinca, Nerine, Mimosa, Lucerne, Begonia, and Heather were also successively turned over earlier than committed schedule, further bolstering the reputation of DMCI Homes as a developer that delivers projects on or ahead of time.

With its strategic location near the San Antonio Valley II Subdivision, the neo-Asian minimalist themed-development was an easy sell to the upgrading market in the highly residential area as well as families based in the provinces of Laguna and Cavite looking for a half-way home near business centers in Metro Manila.

Asteria Residences is also minutes away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, commercial areas and medical institutions, which made it a wise investment for businessmen.

The development’s resort-themed amenities, on the other hand, give residents a relaxing sanctuary amidst the anxieties brought by a fast-paced city life.

With a lush landscaping, swimming pool complex, fitness gym, basketball court, lounge area, audio visual room, function hall, picnic area, and children’s playground, residents get a feel of the laidback vibe in the south while enjoying the comforts of a spacious and secured home in Asteria Residences.
