Levina Place intimate escape in Pasig City
More often than not, the best things in life are really the
simplest. Imagine yourself in a secret haven of gardens, with gentle breezes
and the occasional aroma of sizzling barbecue in sun-dappled afternoons. Share
this daily experience with a gathering of friends, or make more treasured
memories with family.
DMCI Homes has deliberately developed Levina Place to be the
ideal setting for creating fond moments with loved ones. Situated in a quiet
neighborhood at Jenny’s Avenue in Pasig City, the spacious and verdant
condominium provides an intimate escape for urban dwellers and starting
A Private Retreat
Pasig City may be a center of commerce and activity, but
Levina Place is a secluded yet accessible midrise development that makes
everyday a private retreat to tropical green living.
The young family of Hyacinth (29 years old) and Alwin Nathan
Salazar (30), together with their two-year old son Athan Josiah was especially
attracted to the resort-inspired and relaxing ambiance of Levina Place from the
“I immediately thought, this is it; this is home,” recalled
Hyacinth, as she remembered the first time they visited the condo in January
this year. By June, the family’s two-bedroom unit, around 65 square meters in
floor size, was already turned over and they are already excitedly preparing
for the move-in.
The Salazars were previously renting a two-bedroom,
30-square meter condo unit also in Pasig City. But with their growing child,
the couple had opted to invest in a more suitably-spaced home that they can
call their own.
“We realized that renting won’t get our money anywhere. When
we heard that DMCI Homes has an ongoing project nearby, we were very much
interested. We’ve been hearing good feedback on DMCI Homes’ projects from
family and friends,” said Hyacinth, revealing that her cousin and friend lived
in the developer’s East Raya Gardens in Pasig and Magnolia Place in Quezon
Levina Place’s Asian Boutique design concept and resort-like
amenities such as the clubhouse, swimming pool, picnic grove, children’s
playground, grill pits and cabana, provide lots of leisure options to choose
from. Other amenities include the fitness gym, basketball court, game area,
audio-visual room, the lounge area, a roof garden and a function hall.
Hyacinth, a registered nurse, gave up her job to focus on
taking care of their son. Presently working on a home-based job for an
Australian company, she is very much anticipating their moving in to their new
home at Levina Place within the next weeks.
“The spaciousness, the landscaped gardens, and amenities
here mean a lot to me because I’ll be spending a lot of time home. Surely, I
can relax while enjoying time with Athan Josiah,” she said, adding that her
favourite amenity will have to be the fitness gym. “I’d like to be a fit
mom—keeping healthy and maintaining an active lifestyle,” she beamed.
For Alwin, who works at a business process outsourcing
company located along Tiendesitas, going home to Levina Place will easily give
him comfort after a long day. “I grew up in Antipolo, Rizal where there are a
lot of trees,” he shared. “I personally like it here because there are gardens
and, being a midrise development, it’s not crowded. The units are not so close
to each other.”
The expanse of open and green spaces can be attributed to
DMCI Homes’ signature architectural design that features landscaped atriums and
strategically placed Sky Patios. These maximize the flow of natural light and
breezes throughout the buildings.
Moreover, its three residential buildings, Selene, Callista
and Amalthea, each only six floors high, are surrounded by tropical landscapes
accented by courtyard and water features.
Levina Place’s spacious, green community is likewise
surrounded by places of convenience. Nearby are commercial centers like
Tiendesitas and SM Supercenter Pasig, schools like the Pasig Catholic College,
St. Paul College and University of Asia and the Pacific, and medical
institutions such as the St. Therese of Lisieux Hospital, Pasig City General
Hospital and Medical City-Ortigas, to name a few.
All the more making it a sound choice for a young family,
the development has tight 24-hour security, as well as an electrified perimeter
fence, provision for CCTV, and facilities such as a convenience store, laundry
station, water station, parking space and even Wi-Fi access at the clubhouse.
“It’s a great environment for us to grow as a family. We as parents also have peace of mind knowing that it is a safe and secure home for our son,” concluded Hyacinth.
