"Seeing just the model unit, I already felt comfortable. Me and my wife decided right there and then to choose Siena Park for our home."

For someone who has been playing basketball since grade school, JVee Casio obviously loves the sport.

"It's my life," says the 27-year-old point guard of the Alaska Aces team in the Philippine Basketball Association.

 From a career that included a stint in the De La Salle University Green Archers and Gilas Philippine national team, basketball also gave the No. 1 PBA draft pick in 2011 the means to achieve his personal goals endearing the sports to him even more. He was able to save enough money from playing basketball to acquire a home at Siena Park Residences, a DMCI Homes residential condominium community in Bicutan, Parañaque City.

 Seeing the resort-themed community along the West Service Road while hunting for a new house in 2010, Casio easily fell in love with Siena Park Residences. "I liked it," Casio recalls. "Seeing just the model unit, I already felt comfortable. Me and my wife decided right there and then to choose Siena Park for our home."

“Basketball can be stressful because the game and practice are physical. You really get very tired so for us players, rest and relaxation are important,” he says.

Casio meets new friends or get acquainted with neighbors whenever he plays in the basketball court. Meantime, other indoor amenities include a multi-function room, audio-visual room, game room and meeting room.

“My wife’s mother celebrated her birthday at the function room,” he says.

 The Property Management Office people and security guards are helpful and courteous. For the residents’ convenience, there’s a water refilling and laundry station. The whole community is secured by a gated entrance with guardhouse, perimeter fence and 24-hour duty security guards. The buildings have CCTV cameras in common areas and an automatic fire alarm and suppression system.  A standby power generator provides electricity during brownouts.

 Siena Park Residences in Barangay Sun Valley, Parañaque is near major thoroughfares giving residents easy access to the Taguig, Makati and Alabang central business districts via the South Luzon Expressway. From the gate of the community along West Service Road, convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, churches, hospitals and schools are also just minutes away.

Like the sport that has been very good to him, Casio loves Siena Park Residences because it will be a good home for his family.
