1. The BDO Home Deals Caravan (“Promo”) will run from June 15 to August 15, 2012 (“Promo Period”).

2. To qualify for the promo, purchase any of the following properties from DMCI Homes and avail of its home loan financing via BDO:

1. The promo is open to buyers (“Clients”) of featured properties of DMCI Homes whose BDO Home Loan applications are submitted within the promo period and subsequently approved and availed not later than November 30, 2012 (“Availment Period”).

2. The qualified Client will enjoy these benefits:

   • Low downpayment at 10%
   • Low interest rate
   • Waived Processing Fee
   • Free Home Insurance*

     *    For availed loans P2.0 Million and above.
     **  Product available in Metro Manila only. Client should have an availed loan of P2.0 Million and above and residence address must be within Metro Manila (as indicated in the application form).

3. The Free Home Insurance will be offered to the Client for the 1st year only with 3-year lock-in requirement. The renewal of Home insurance for years 2 and 3 by the  Client shall be coursed through BDO Insurance Brokers, Inc. (BDOI). 4. The Free Telepad will be delivered to the Client's home address within sixty (60) days from date of release of loan. The Client is required to present at least two (2) valid government-issued IDs (bearing photo with signature) when receiving the free item. If received by an Authorized Representative, the latter must present original and photocopies of two (2) valid government-issued IDs (bearing photo and signature) together with an Authorization Letter from the Client and  photocopy of the Client's valid government-issued ID.
   
   The Free Telepad is solely and exclusively distributed by Neugent Technologies and will include a one (1) year limited warranty card. The warranty will start from the date of receipt of item by the Client from BDO. 

5. All applications qualified for the promo shall undergo standard evaluation and approval process of BDO.

6. The promo is non-convertible to cash nor can be exchanged for other promo items and cannot be availed in conjunction with other waiver of fees.

7. Employees of BDO and its subsidiaries are not qualified for the promo.

8. These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promotion will be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

9. In case of dispute, the decision of BDO, with concurrence of DTI, shall be deemed final.
