Prisma residences enjoys brisk sales after January launch

Just two months after its launch, more than half of the available residential units of DMCI Homes’ development in Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City have already been sold,  the Quadruple A builder developer reported.

DMCI Homes said 64 percent of theavailable units for sale at Prisma Residences have been bought as of March 26.

Translating to sales take up totaling P2.2 billion since the Jan. 26, 2017 launch of the development sitting on a two-hectare prime property along Pasig Boulevard corner C.P. Garcia Avenue (C5 Road).

Apart from its prime location, Jan Venturanza, AVP for Marketing of DMCI Homes said the brisk sales enjoyed by Prisma Residences, and of other DMCI Homes developments, could be attributed to the outstanding reputation of the company in the real estate industry.

“We have built a reputation through our earlier projects that if it’s a DMCI Homes development, it must be of high quality and a value for money investment,” Venturanza said.
