Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is preparing to open Solmera Beach Park Resort in San Juan, Batangas, positioning the development as a beachfront destination that brings together leisure amenities and facilities for business and social events within a single integrated resort. 

 

Located within Solmera Coast, the company’s 7.5-hectare beachfront estate, the resort is targeted to open in February 2027. 

 

Envisioned to be the country’s leading beach park resort, Solmera Beach Park Resort is designed to serve both leisure travelers and organized groups in a thriving tourism hotspot known for its scenic coastline and accessibility from Metro Manila. Its popularity for weekend travel and organized outings continues to grow, supported by improving road connectivity and rising domestic tourism. The development combines expansive outdoor spaces with purpose-built facilities that support recreation, gatherings, and extended stays. A standout feature of the resort is a pool complex spanning more than 4,000 square meters. It includes a lap pool, kiddie pool, and a pool pavilion designed for relaxation and group use. 

 

At the Matahari Building, elevated amenities such as a Sky Deck Pool and Sky Promenade provide additional spaces to unwind while taking in views of the surrounding coastline and mountains. 

  

Diverse Dining and Leisure Options 

 

Dining and leisure offerings are located across several areas within the estate. Guests can choose from an all-day dining restaurant serving Filipino and international cuisine, a flexible roof deck function room that also operates as a restaurant with breakfast and bar offerings, and a specialty restaurant featuring Filipino classics and fusion dishes. 

 

Additional options include a lobby bar and snack bar for light refreshments, along with food kiosks strategically located across the estate for convenient access.  

 

Spa and wellness facilities are also planned to complement the overall resort experience.

Built for Events and Gatherings 

 

Accommodation options will include studio units, as well as one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. These are designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, and groups, including guests attending events at the property. 

 

Events facilities form a key part of the resort’s design. Several function rooms will be located across different buildings, including roof deck venues in the Kartika and Bumi buildings. These spaces are designed to support a range of setups, with flexible layouts suited for meetings, dining functions, and social events. 

 

The main convention center will feature a function hall of over 2,000 square meters, complemented by a 935-square-meter veranda. These spaces are designed to host conferences, banquets, and exhibitions of varying scale. A separate multi-purpose facility will provide additional venue options, with its own main hall and adjoining veranda to support both indoor and outdoor event formats. 

 

Outdoor venues, including landscaped lawns and open-air areas, also provide additional options for receptions, celebrations, and informal gatherings.

Beyond leisure and events, the resort will include facilities that support an active lifestyle. These include a basketball court, an indoor gym or fitness center, and an indoor kiddie play area. 

 

Professional Management and Operations 

 

Solmera Beach Park Resort will be managed by DMCI Hospitality and Leisure, Inc., the company’s newly formed hospitality arm, operating under the DMCI Resorts brand. 

 

The setup is intended to ensure consistent service standards and professional management across all resort services.
