Reservation sales for Solmera Coast in San Juan, Batangas, DMCI Homes' inaugural venture into the leisure property market, have surged past the P5.6 billion mark in just over a month since its launch on August 7, 2023.
As of September 15, 2023, 93 percent of Solmera Coast's launched inventory of nearly 800 condotel units have already been reserved.
