Confident of continued market recovery, Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has put on the market fresh inventory of condominium units with the launch of its newest project The Camden Place in Dominga St., Malate, Manila.
DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said the company launched the single-tower project located near the campuses of College of St. Benilde and De La Salle University following encouraging sales of its previous projects despite the pandemic.
“There’s a growing market optimism because of the steady demand for residential spaces even with the health crisis. Aside from that, we would like to believe that homebuyers will continue to patronize our projects because we always strive to offer the best value products in the market,” Yap said.
“For The Camden Place, we aim to offer young working professionals and students right-sized homes with convenient indoor amenities and facilities that help satisfy their work, lifestyle, and wellness needs. We also hope to generate interest from homebuyers who may want to invest in a property with big rental and capital appreciation potential,” he added.
Yap said the company is eyeing approximately P3 billion in reservation sales from the 756-unit inventory of The Camden Place, which is a mix of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units measuring 24 square meters (sq. m) to 54.50 sq. m.
The modern contemporary-themed condominium will have 27-residential floors and five-podium parking levels, which are targeted for completion in March 2025.
Located near Manila’s prestigious universities and transportation hubs, The Camden Place is an ideal home for young working professionals and students, especially with its integrated commercial areas, co-working spaces, and indoor amenities and facilities that are designed to offer comfort, convenience, and a sense of security.
From the property, going to business districts, lifestyle centers, and leisure zones in nearby cities like Pasay and Makati is a breeze either through a short drive or by taking readily available public transportation in the area that include jeepneys, buses, and the LRT.
Having in mind upwardly mobile individuals as The Camden Place’s primary residents, DMCI Homes carefully planned the property as a place where one can be productive while enjoying a relaxing sanctuary.
To do this, The Camden Place will feature a co-working space where one can finish schoolwork or do work-from-home duties. These spaces along with the common areas of the property will be powered by high-speed Wifi to support every resident’s need for internet connectivity.
Living in The Camden Place is not all about dealing with a busy work or academic life however as DMCI Homes made sure to address not just future residents’ work-life essentials but also their lifestyle and wellness needs. This is by incorporating amenities and spaces where they can rejuvenate and unwind such as the Sky Deck Pool, fitness gym, lounge areas, entertainment room, game area, Sky Promenade, and Sky Lounge.
Meanwhile, along with all these offerings, DMCI Homes also aspires to provide residents easy living arrangement by allotting spaces for snack bar, convenience store, water-refilling station, and card-operated laundry station.
Moreover, the company will make use of technology-enabled services and facilities such as pedestrian RFID proximity access system, property management services app, and thermal scanners to ensure added convenience and security of residents.
All these features and more make The Camden Place a sensible choice of investment for a reasonable pre-selling price of P3.98 million onwards.
The Camden Place is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio City, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
