DMCI Homes forms subsidiary to operate leisure developments

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has launched DMCI Hospitality and Leisure, Inc. (DHLI) to operate its leisure properties, starting with the company’s upcoming beach park resort in San Juan, Batangas, which is set to open early next year. 

  

Branded as DMCI Resorts, the company will manage and operate the hotel and resort component of properties under the DMCI Homes Leisure Residences brand. 

 

The move signals a strategic step for DMCI Homes as it builds operational capabilities to support its venture into the leisure and hospitality market.
