Kai Garden Residences’ open spaces make extensive use of Japanese garden's principle of miniaturization and concealment to create a unique development wherein each of its part unfolds as one explores the project according to DMCI Homes Landscape Department Manager Alexis Valiente.
"The amenity core itself is designed to be one massive garden wherein the typical exterior amenities such as pools and play courts are blended seamlessly into thematic setting with asymmetry in mind thereby no image is alike when one takes photos of the development," Valiente explained.
Kai Garden Residences is designed to be a unique development even by DMCI Homes standards as it will employ an open space that is intended to be a dynamic garden sanctuary – changing in appearance and ambiance throughout the year.
“The Japanese garden theme will be reinforced by the materials that will be utilized throughout the grounds - from the accessories, decorative stones to the structures - all of these will follow this thematic. The softscape design will have the most impact in terms of supporting this dictum,” Valiente said.
Even the development’s vegetation is expected to evoke Japanese feels as endemic trees similar to the Land of the Rising Sun’s famed Cherry Blossom tree line will be utilized as ornaments in the expansive lush gardens which include the Palawan Cherry and the radiant Banaba tree.
On the other hand, resort-inspired amenities such as lounge area, bar and game area, audio-visual room, fitness gym, roof deck, function room, swimming pool complex, basketball court, play area, picnic area, outdoor fitness area, and jogging path perfectly complement the relaxing ambiance.
All buildings also bear DMCI Homes’ patented Lumiventt Design Technology for high-rise structures which allows ambient light and fresh air to permeate the building and all unit spaces within through three-storey high Sky Patios.
Single-loaded hallways and atrium gardens which are also components of the design technology not only improve aesthetics but also give a wide open feel to the building interior, for true resort-inspired living.
Reasonably priced at P3.32 million onwards, the units with gross floor area ranging from 28 to 81.5 square meters (sq.m.) are targeted for completion in January 2023 for Sugi building, January 2024 for Icho building, and from June 2024 to January 2025 (depending on the floor level) for Hinoki building.
All residential units, made out of the quality workmanship of the country’s first Quadruple A developer, are equipped with fire detection, alarm, and suppression system as well as provisions for cable television, metered utility, and telephone line.
For added comfort and convenience, a team of property management professionals will oversee the day-to-day needs of residents including the upkeep and 24/7 security of the exclusive community.
Meanwhile, two of the three residential buildings, Sugi and Hinoki, will each have 12 high-speed dual core passenger elevators, while the Icho building will have 8 single core passenger elevators for the easy mobility of residents.
The development will also have a WiFi access, mailbox area, garbage room, deck utility, provision for CCTV cameras, standby electric generator as well as laundry station, commercial space, and water refilling station, to let residents enjoy the benefits of one-stop-shop modern living.
