Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes is pushing through with the sectional turnover of the North Tower of Sheridan Towers project in Pasig-Mandaluyong this July after it was deferred in May due to the Luzon-wide lockdown.
The turnover of units from the 28th floor to the penthouse will begin in July while units from the 2nd floor to the 27th floor will start in August.
The delivery of the 43-residential storey North Tower marks the completion of the two-tower development located in the boundary of Pasig and Mandaluyong City.
The North Tower is located in Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong while the other building, South Tower, is in Barangay Pineda, Pasig City.
The South Tower, was already turned over to unit owners in September 2017.
For the turnover process, DMCI Homes has put in place new measures to ensure a convenient and safe move-in experience for unit owners.
“Aside from observing strict physical distancing and health protocols, we will also maximize the use of digital channels and online payment options to ensure the safety of our unit owners,” said DMCI Homes Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap.
Located between two vibrant cities, Sheridan Towers offers a sanctuary in the middle of the urban jungle with its genuine resort feel.
All the 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom unit offerings of Sheridan Towers are already sold out amidst big demand for residential condo units in the area especially from young professionals and startup families working in Makati, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and Bonifacio Global City.
The property is easily accessible via EDSA and C-5 as well as the upcoming BGC–Ortigas Center Link Road which is seen to further improve the inter-city travel from Pasig.
Like all DMCI Homes developments, Sheridan Towers is designed to offer an environment that promotes the wellness and well-being of residents.
Both towers bear DMCI Homes’ proprietary building design for high-rise structures--Lumiventt® Technology to bring to the residential units the health benefits of cross-ventilation and natural illumination.
The design technology features 3-storey high openings called Sky Patios and landscaped atriums which not only help promote better air circulation but also further enhance the open feel of the interiors.
On the other hand, approximately sixty percent of the modern tropical-themed development’s land area of 11,155 square meters is devoted to resort-inspired amenities and outdoor spaces to give residents a place to connect with nature and enjoy a vacation lifestyle in the city.
The property has a large amenity area which adequately fits in lush gardens, 2 lap pools, 2 kiddie pools, a leisure pool, a basketball court, a playcourt and a children's play area.
Sheridan Towers is likewise complete with amenities such as entertainment room, fitness gym, function hall, game room, and Sky Lounge and also facilities like water station, laundry station, and mini-grocery for the convenience and comfort of residents.
To top it all, a team of property management professionals is also on hand not only to ensure the upkeep and security of the project but also to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the whole community.
Sheridan Towers is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
