DMCI Homes delivers first Makati project over a year ahead of schedule

DMCI Homes has once again fulfilled its promise of early or on time delivery of its residential condominium projects with the turnover of its Brio Tower development in Makati City, 13 months ahead of schedule.

Sitting on a 5,760 square meter lot in Guadalupe Viejo, the single-tower resort-inspired development is DMCI Homes’ first residential condo project in the country’s financial capital.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. already started the turnover process for the first batch of unit owners late October, over a year ahead of the committed occupancy schedule of November 2019.

All the 746 units of the 30-residential level high development have been presold for a total reservation sales of P2.973 billion.

With the sales success of Brio Tower, DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development Dennis Yap said a second project in Makati is already in the pipeline for DMCI Homes. 

“We’re looking at our property in Chino Roces Avenue as potential site of the next project,” Yap disclosed.

Featuring an Asian Contemporary architectural design theme, Brio Tower reveals a cozy and refined atmosphere that pervades throughout the building – from the reception lobby to the units and resort-type amenities.

Amenities include DMCI Homes’ latest design innovation—Extended Sky Lounge—which provides residents a platform to appreciate the cityscape literally on the edge of the high-rise structure.

The development also has a lap pool, kiddie pool, lounge area, jogging path, children’s playground, audio-visual room, gazebo, game room, and fitness gym.

Likewise, Brio Tower is designed with DMCI Homes’ architectural innovation called Lumiventt® Design Technology which aids the natural flow of air and light through three-storey high openings called Sky Patios, and through breezeways located on the left and right wing of every floor.
