DMCI Homes continues development of Solmera Coast estate as resort component nears completion

DMCI Homes officers led by Senior Vice-President for Design, Engineering and Construction Adrian Calimbas celebrate the topping-off of the Matahari, Kartika, Bumi, Asri, and Nusa buildings of Solmera Beach Park Resort during a ceremony held at the Matahari building in San Juan, Batangas.

Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes continues the development of Solmera Coast, its 7.5-hectare beachfront estate in San Juan, Batangas, with the resort component of the project—Solmera Beach Park Resort—already nearing completion.

The company recently celebrated the topping-off of all five buildings of Solmera Beach Park Resort, marking the completion of their structural framework and a major construction milestone for the estate.

The event celebrated the completion of the Matahari, Kartika, Bumi, Asri, and Nusa buildings, bringing Solmera Beach Park Resort closer to welcoming guests and unit owners.

Leading the event was Senior Vice-President for Design, Engineering and Construction Adrian Calimbas. Also in attendance were Vice-President for Concrete Services and Equipment Services Group Roseman Natunay, Assistant Vice-President for Construction Operations Marlo Bumatay, Post Construction Group Manager Fleur Rubio, and Construction Area Manager Alvin Monzones.

Solmera Coast is the flagship project of DMCI Homes under its leisure brand, DMCI Homes Leisure Residences. Located along the shores of San Juan, Batangas, the development is envisioned as an integrated beachfront destination that combines resort living, hospitality, and investment opportunities.

The topped-off buildings form part of Solmera Beach Park Resort, the estate's resort and condotel component. Targeted to open in February 2027 and to be operated by DMCI Resorts, the resort will offer a range of leisure amenities alongside facilities for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and other social events.

Among the buildings, Matahari is scheduled for occupancy in February 2027, followed by Kartika in May 2027 and Bumi in August 2027.

Solmera Coast has attracted interest from investors and beach enthusiasts as the only tropical Asian-inspired beach park condotel in San Juan, Batangas. While the resort's condotel units offer income-generating opportunities through a rental program managed by DMCI Resorts, the Asri building provides residential units for those looking to own a second home or enjoy beachfront living year-round.

Units are designed for tropical living and come equipped with essential fixtures for a convenient turnover experience. Through the rental program, owners may generate income from their units even when they are not using them.
