All buildings of DMCI Homes' 2nd Baguio project now ready for occupancy

DMCI Homes, the country’s leading developer of resort-inspired condominium communities, has wrapped up the construction of all three buildings of its Bristle Ridge project in Baguio City, 13 months earlier than the planned target occupancy schedule.

Originally targeted for occupancy in May 2020, the three-building mid-rise development was made available for turnover 13 months early with the delivery of the development’s third and final building, Bluebird, in April this year.

The first two buildings namely Oakhill and Southbelle were successively made available for occupancy earlier in 2018. Oakhill was completed in August 2018, nine months earlier than its May 2019 planned occupancy schedule while Southbelle started accepting its first batch of unit owners in December 2018, 17 months ahead of the May 2020 target turnover date. 

The completion of the three buildings of Bristle Ridge, which is DMCI Homes’ second project in the City of Pines after Outlook Ridge Residences, brings 374 more residential unit inventory to the Baguio property market amid a strong demand for vacation homes in the country’s summer capital.

The modern country-themed development, built atop a ridge along Pacdal Road, consistently recorded strong reservation sales ever since it was launched in 2015 with buyers consisting mostly of homeseekers looking for "investment" and "vacation homes."
