Realizing one’s dream home is a glorious feeling. Having it in one’s “comfort zone” is divine.
Both having grown up in Kamuning, Quezon City, businessman Jonathan Belleza and his wife Lizzle have always dreamed of owning a condominium unit within the area.
“This is our place. Barangay Kamuning, Barangay Sacred Heart, Barangay Laging Handa, Roces. Even with eyes closed, I can find my way around here,” Jonathan said in an interview, chuckling.
Having lived in the house of Jonathan’s parents for years, the couple have been searching for their own home within the area where their catering business operates.
“We have everything here. It’s near our main kitchen for our catering business, our daughter’s school, restaurants, Kamuning Market, hospitals. Everything’s accessible from here,” Lizzle shared.
The couple inquired in condominium developments in the avenues of Tomas Morato, Timog, Roces, even in the North Triangle, and Cubao area but only one development caught their fancy—DMCI Homes’ Viera Residences.
“Viera Residences is more reasonable in price compared to other projects. I also like The Amaryllis. It’s so beautiful at night. It’s beautiful and radiant. But it’s sold-out already,” Jonathan shared.
Being in the catering business, Jonathan revealed he has been to other DMCI Homes projects like The Amaryllis and Stellar Place and liked what he saw in them.
“We had a client in The Amaryllis. I
liked that the security was tight. I expect the same here in Viera Residences.
As much as possible, I don’t want outsiders roaming around,” he said.
Now that they have accepted the keys to their two-bedroom unit, the Bellezas could not be happier living in their dream home within the community where they are most at ease.
“We also inquired in Stellar Place but it’s sold out already. And it’s too far from here. We’re very familiar with the area because both of us have been living here since we were young,” Lizzle explained.
The single 28-level tower development in Scout Tuason Avenue, Brgy. Obrero, Quezon City accepted its first batch of unit owners last September - six months ahead of its original March 2018 turnover schedule.
Lizzle said her husband was so excited to live in their new home that he regularly checked on the progress of the construction.
“He posts updates on the progress of the construction on Facebook. We also drive around here every Sunday after going to Church,” Lizzle shared.
Jonathan added that he is just happy that they also ended up in the community they have considered home.
“We got everything that we wished for. Security and exclusivity, an array of resort-inspired amenities, swimming pool, gym, and more,” he enthused.
“And the best part of it?
We got to stay exactly where we want to be,” the businessman exclaimed.
