Johmer Miranda discovered the practical side of investing in the DMCI Homes’ high-rise condominium development.

Choosing a new home is always an exciting challenge. Homeowners have to consider many factors – from location, to price, as well as quality of the property.

For Johmer Miranda and his family, it was no different when they chose to settle into their 2-bedroom unit at La Verti Residences, DMCI Homes' Taft Avenue development.

His primary and secondary considerations in choosing La Verti Residences were only the affordability and the reputation of the property developer, the country's first Quadruple A builder-developer DMCI Homes, Miranda admitted.

So after a seamless turnover and easy move in in 2014, Miranda believed he already got his money's worth with La Verti's premium leisure-inspired amenities and modern architecture and design.

Later on, however, he discovered the practical side of investing in the DMCI Homes' high-rise condominium development.

"I didn't realize at first but eventually I noticed that we were near the bus station, the LRT. I thought, either way I have access to work, which is in BGC, Taguig", he shared. "It's traffic, but I have a lot of options. I can use the LRT, MRT, and the jeepneys."

Located along Manila's university belt, La Verti Residences is only a few minutes away from some of the country's top educational and business institutions, making it an ideal place to live in for students and professionals.

While he and his wife are planning to eventually buy a property outside Metro Manila, Miranda said their La Verti Residences home is one for keeps, especially when his son enrolls in a university in the future.

"Our son goes to school that is walking distance from here. There's a church nearby as well. His pediatrician is also near. We don't have trouble with the location," Miranda explained.

After almost three years of enjoying DMCI Homes' trademark brand of convenience, community, and quality construction, Miranda is certain he made the right investment especially when he sees his family making the most out of La Verti’s resort-inspired amenities.

"My kid gets to use the swimming pool all the time. I watch him while he swims," Miranda shared.

"I also really like the roof deck. One time, the Pyrolympics was on, and we were able to watch it from up there. During New Year celebrations, all the residents go there too. The garden is beautiful as well. All the facilities are nice, I have no complaints," he shared.

The high-rise building's architecture, integrated with DMCI Homes' trademark Lumiventt technology, also greatly appealed to Miranda, who praised the ventilation in their unit and within their building in general.

All these pleasures, he said, they get to enjoy worry-free with La Verti's alert security.

"My kid always walks around, he always goes down to the playground and swimming pool in the afternoon. At least we get to relax because there's security, it's a closed compound. We don't have to worry about his safety. It's secure here," he said.

As more establishments populate the nearby areas, life continues to grow even more convenient for Miranda and his family.

"Now there's a convenience store. There's a school. There's a bar. All your needs are around you. You have security, and all the things you need are around you. So DMCI Homes' La Verti really fits my needs," he ended with a smile.
