Presales of Prisma Residences, DMCI Homes’ three-tower development along Pasig Boulevard in Barangay Bagong Ilog, Pasig City, continue to progress despite the pandemic as demand for residential spaces remains high in the Ortigas area.

As of November 2020, the two-hectare resort-inspired property has generated total reservation sales of P12.161 billion, after selling 3,024 of its 3,148 total inventory.

The steady sales performance of Prisma Residences despite the pandemic reflects

the continued high residential demand in the area as pointed out by property consultancy firms.

Property consultancy firm Santos Knight Frank in its Metro Manila Market Third Quarter Update cited Ortigas along with Makati City for registering remarkable take-up rate during the period.

Santos Knight Frank in its report said the further booming office market in Ortigas along with Makati City formed a sizeable demand for conveniently accessible homes and residential properties.

Prisma Residences was launched in 2017 starting with the Astra building, which features 42 storeys of residential units. The other two towers, Celeste and Kiran, which were successively put on the market thereafter, feature 41 and 45 storeys of residential units respectively.

Strategically located in the middle of Central Business Districts (CBDs) Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City, the property aims to offer tranquil and healthy living spaces, without sacrificing a prime address and the luxuries of sophisticated condominium living.

Intended for investors, young professionals, and start-up families who have business interests and activities around Ortigas and BGC area, Prisma Residences’ three buildings all have garden atriums, Sky Patios, breezeways and single-loaded hallways which are all components of DMCI Homes’ proprietary healthy building design, Lumiventt® Design Technology.

Seventy-five percent of the development likewise is devoted to lush greeneries and amenity spaces to give residents plenty of room to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of city life.
