New Acacia Estates access road to C-5 targeted for opening in the first half of 2024

December 12, 2023

The new road, with access to the Pusawan Road, spans approximately 1 kilometer from Maple Place-Molave Lane.

The construction of an additional access road within DMCI Homes' Acacia Estates township in Taguig City is underway to offer residents more convenient routes for entering and exiting the 150-hectare residential community.

The new road, with access to the Pusawan Road, spans approximately 1 kilometer from Maple Place-Molave Lane to C-5. It is designed to provide residents a more convenient route to enter and exit the vibrant residential community.

The construction is divided into three phases, with road works for Phases 1 and 2 already underway and slated for completion in the first quarter of 2024, while Phase 3 is scheduled for completion within the first half of 2024.

Upon completion, using the new road will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to reach C-5, depending on traffic conditions in the Pinagsama area.

The addition of the two-lane road aims to improve traffic flow within Acacia Estates, serving as an additional entry/exit point for residents and enhancing accessibility and connectivity.

The new access road will be exclusive to Acacia Estates residents with valid car and motorcycle stickers. Taxis and other ride-sharing vehicles carrying residents will also be permitted entry, provided they surrender their identification cards to Acacia Estates security.

The new access road complements the ML Quezon and MR Tinga access roads opened in 2020 and 2021.

The development of this access road aligns with DMCI Homes' commitment to collaborating closely with the Taguig government to address residents' needs and contribute to the city's continuous development.

Acacia Estates, launched in the mid-2000s, has evolved into a preferred residential neighborhood in Taguig City, offering tree-lined streets, expansive open spaces, resort-inspired amenities, and innovative services like the app-based RideShare Carpool Program.

The new access road, complementing the ML Quezon and MR Tinga access roads opened in 2020 and 2021, is expected to significantly improve traffic flow on neighboring residential roads in Acacia Estates, particularly along Cayetano Boulevard (formerly Levi Mariano Avenue).
