DMCI Homes set to top off 2nd building of Sheridan Towers this July

July 4, 2018

Sheridan Towers’ North Tower is on track for turnover to unit owners by May 2020.

DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, is set to top off the second building of Sheridan Towers development in Pasig this July, putting it on course for turnover in May 2020.

As of June, the 43-residential level North Tower is already 46 percent complete and is poised to reach its full height this July.

The South Tower of the two-tower development in Sheridan Street, Pasig City was turned over earlier in September 2017, over a year ahead of its committed ready for occupancy (RFO) date of November 2018.

Located near the boundary of Pasig and Mandaluyong City, Sheridan Towers offers a sanctuary in the middle of the urban jungle with its genuine resort and country-club feel.

Both towers are already sold out amidst big demand for residential condo units in the area especially from young professionals and startup families working in Makati, Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and BGC.

The property is easily accessible via EDSA and C-5 as well as the upcoming BGC–Ortigas Center Link Road which is seen to further improve the inter-city travel from Pasig.

Sheridan Towers’ North Tower features a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom unit types that include a balcony. Units range from 28 square meters (sq.m) to 79.5 sq.m and priced P3 million to P6 million.

The modern tropical-themed development occupies a land area of 11,155 sq.m, offering a full array of resort-inspired amenities including a basketball court, playcourt, children's play area, entertainment room, fitness gym, function hall, lap pool, leisure pool, kiddie pool and lush gardens.

The South and North Towers bear notable design made distinct by Lumiventt® Technology - DMCI Homes’ pioneering design technology for high-rise structures that allow natural light and airflow into the residential units.

The design technology features Sky Patios, or 3-storey high openings located at the front and back of every five-floor levels; vents at both sides of the building; and breezeways which not only add to the aesthetics but also enliven the structure.

Landscaped atriums and single-loaded corridors, which are also components of the pioneering design technology, meanwhile, help promote air circulation in the hallways and also create a wide open feel to the building interior.

Sheridan Towers is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City.
