Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has ramped up the construction of its single-tower development—The Celandine—in A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City, as it prepares its turnover to unit owners by October next year.

Construction of the 47-storey building has already reached the 26th floor in February, putting the structure on course for top off by September this year.

The company’s Construction, Design and Engineering, and Quality Management departments are working hand in hand to ensure that the company’s 102-point inspection system initiative is strictly implemented in the construction of The Celandine.

The 102-point quality checklist covers all phases of construction, starting from the inspection of the soil quality, compliance to standard building requirements,  testing of the strength of the concrete, and meticulous examination of the physical measurements of the layout, types of materials to be used, and the plumbing, sanitary, electrical, and mechanical systems of the structure.

Located near the intersection of EDSA and North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), The Celandine offers a comfortable, exclusive and secure abode in the northern part of Quezon City.

The property’s strategic location makes trips to the north and to the metro a breeze especially with the upcoming operation of Skyway Stage 3 extension from A. Bonifacio Avenue to Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) in Makati City.

With the rise of The Celandine, urban dwellers in the northern metro will get a chance to enjoy quality homes at best value and experience DMCI Homes’ signature resort-inspired condominium living.

The Celandine is billed to have one of the largest amenity areas among the condominium developments in the Balintawak area, where the condominium offers sprawling spaces for its linear park and themed gardens, roof garden, an expansive open lawn with grill pit areas, jogging trail, playground, swimming pool complex, basketball court, gazebo, and fitness gym.

Aside from these features, the building has lounge areas, audiovisual room, function room, game area and sky lounge to ensure that residents will have a comfortable and holistic living experience at The Celandine.

Moreover, DMCI Homes incorporated its proprietary Lumiventt® Design Technology to The Celandine to ensure more breathing spaces for residents. The design innovation allows natural lighting and airflow to permeate the building through Sky Patios and breezeways while single-loaded hallways and garden atriums create wide open feel to the building interior.

The Celandine is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate company known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio, Boracay and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.'s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
