DMCI Homes receives its 2nd BCI Top 10 Developer Award

Last May 29, 2012, DMCI Homes was recognized for the 2^nd year in a row as one of the top developers in The Philippines in the prestigious annual BCI Asia Awards 2012 (BCIAA) – Top 10 Developer Awards held in Shangri-La Plaza, Makati.  The 150 to 200 attendees were of the industry’s major players including principals of the leading architectural firms, developers, engineering consulting firms, presidents and heads of different construction organizations.

The BCI Asia Top 10 Awards acknowledge the most commercially significant developers in Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam and provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by distinguishing the top architectural firms and developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia. The top 10 developers are identified as those with the highest value of portfolio of projects to start construction in 2012.
