Aiming to recognize outstanding and innovative development with advance design strategies that focus on the development of environment and promote healthy living in the country, the recently-concluded 1st ULI Philippines Healthy Places Awards conferred DMCI Homes' Arista Place as the winner in the residential category.

Arista Place is DMCI Homes' mid-rise development in Paranaque City that takes pride in providing sustainable ecological designs that benefit both the homeowners and the surrounding community. Aside from its well-engineered dwelling units and strategically-designed streetscapes, residents get to enjoy a perfect relaxation as DMCI Homes allotted more than a hectare of the total land area to amenities, lush green open spaces, landscapes and gardens.

Meanwhile, for five consecutive years, DMCI Homes was hailed anew in the Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands Awards 2016 under the property developer category. Now on its 18th year, Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brands Awards recognizes distinct companies based on the annual consumer survey conducted by a highly recognized international market research agency.

Adding to its roster of recognitions, DMCI Homes earned its fifth recognition as one of the country’s top developers in the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards 2016.   The annual BCI Asia Top 10 Awards, according to its website, provides an overview of the regional building and construction industry by recognizing the top architectural firms and developers that had the greatest impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia.
