Prisma Residences, DMCI Homes’ three-tower development along Pasig Boulevard in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City is now down to the last 214 units as demand for residential spaces remain high in the area.

As of August 22 this year, the three towers of the two-hectare resort-inspired property is 94 percent sold, generating total reservation sales of P11.4 billion.

The consistent strong sales of Prisma Residences since the first tower was launched in 2017 is attributed to the continued high residential demand in the area as pointed out by property consultancy firms.

Colliers International for one said that it expects the trend to continue in the next three years because of the entry of offshore gaming firms.

“Colliers expects leasing to remain firm over the next three years as the entry of offshore gaming firms in Quezon City and Ortigas Center should boost residential demand in these areas,” Colliers International said in its 2nd quarter 2019 property market report.

Santos Knight Frank, meanwhile, said Ortigas and Makati had the fastest take-up rate at more than 20 units per month next to Bay Area which had nearly 150 units take-up rate per month in the second quarter.

The real estate consultant also noted that middle income projects continued as the most preferred price segment with a take-up rate of almost 45 units per month.

With the favorable outlook of consultancy firms, DMCI Homes Assistant Vice President for Project Development, Dennis Yap, said the company is now planning to launch another project in the vicinity in the coming months to help address the growing demand.

“We are currently exploring product designs that could better address the needs of homebuyers in the area,” Yap said.

Strategically located in the middle of Central Business Districts (CBDs) Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City, Prisma Residences is envisioned to provide homebuyers a distinctively elegant lifestyle and the convenience of having urban amenities within easy reach.

Prisma Residences’ three towers are targeted for completion in April 2022 for Astra building, April 2023 for Celeste building, and starting April 2024 for Kiran building.
