April 24, 2019

Premier Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has gained international recognition for its innovative website www.dmcihomes.com, winning the Gold Award in the Innovation in Business Information or Application Websites category of the sixth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards.

The Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards, the only awards program to recognize innovation in business throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region, commended DMCI Homes for its website innovations which were geared to improve user experience.

More than its enhanced design, engaging content, and interactive features, judges cited the easy access of information by users as a key element of the website as it is seen to benefit business in the long run by attracting more visitors to the portal.

“We are honored and grateful for this award as we see it as not only a recognition of the quality of our digital marketing work but more importantly an acknowledgment of our company’s continuing effort to enhance our services to our customers,” Fritz Geremia, Digital Unit Head of DMCI Homes said.

The redesigned website was launched in March this year to address the needs and concerns of both property hunters and unit owners.

DMCI Homes restructured its website by using the behavior of visitors, enhanced tools, and intuitive search functions to promote a more engaging user experience.

These features include a virtually live unit availability summary which gives users an idea on the current available units.

Geography-based targeting campaigns, meanwhile, show properties to visitors based on their preferred or current location.

Likewise, the Compare Properties feature has been further enhanced by allowing users to compare available units so they can choose the one that is the best fit for their needs.

DMCI Homes and other winners of the 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards from the 29 nations of the Asia Pacific region are set to receive their awards on May 31 at the InterContinental Hotel in Singapore.
