Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes recently received commendations for being one of the top taxpayers of business tax and real property tax in the City of Manila.

The property arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc. was included in the Top 50 Business Taxpayers and Top 50 Real Property Taxpayers awards during the 100th anniversary celebration of the City Treasurer’s Office of Manila last February 26, 2021.

Manila Vice Mayor Maria Sheilah Lacuna-Pangan and OIC City Treasurer Ma. Jazmin Talegon thanked the awardees for helping the city government through the years in sustaining the delivery of essential community services and infrastructure projects by religiously paying tax obligations.

“My congratulations to all the awardees and thank you very much to all of you in our treasury office for burning the midnight oil just to ensure that we will have the necessary funds to fuel our efforts in providing our fellow Manileños with the best services, programs, and projects they deserve from their local government,” Lacuna said

“Thank you to our valued taxpayers. We chose to celebrate this anniversary by just thanking the taxpayers from the sari-sari stores to multinational companies. Each one of you has great contributions to these undertakings,” Talegon said.
