DMCI Homes delivers first building of Brixton Place right on schedule

Brixton Place | September 20, 2021

Brixton Place welcomed its first batch of residents last September 10, 2021.

Keeping its promise of delivering projects on or ahead of time, DMCI Homes has completed the first tower of its Brixton Place development in Kapitolyo, Pasig City right on schedule this September 2021 despite limitations brought about by the pandemic.

The newly completed 46-storey building, Brent, was made available for move-ins starting this month just as DMCI Homes had promised when the project was launched.

A number of residents had already accepted their units when the turnover process began last September 10, 2021.

Along with the first building, DMCI Homes has also completed most of the property’s amenities that include the lap pool, play area, shooting court and picnic area, for the enjoyment of residents.

Meanwhile, construction continues on Brixton Place’s second tower, Weston, which is slated for turnover in May 2022. To prepare for the turnover, the 46-storey building is now undergoing final touch-ups and continues to undergo comprehensive testing and commissioning procedures by DMCI Homes’ Quality Management Department.

Brixton Place's Location and Accessibility

Once completed, Brixton Place is envisioned to provide a distinctive living experience for its dwellers with its tasteful array of resort-inspired amenities and prime location in Pasig City's food and art mecca, Kapitolyo. Launched in 2016, the project instantly became a hit among end-users and investors because of its excellent proximity to business centers, malls, prestigious schools, medical institutions and transportation hubs.

The property's location also provides residents an advantageous takeoff point going to key areas in the metro such as Ortigas, Makati, Bonifacio Global City, Manila, Greenhills and Quezon City especially with the upcoming full alignment of the new Kalayaan Bridge also this September 2021.

With the completion of the bridge that connects the cities of Makati, Pasig and Taguig within 12 minutes, travel to any point in the metro from Brixton Place is a breeze

Good thing for residents, Brixton Place stands just before the entry and exit points of the infrastructure also known as Sta. Monica-Lawton Bridge. Accessibility is surely a cinch, with the property being just a few blocks away from major thoroughfares such as Shaw Boulevard, Pioneer St. and EDSA. Almost all types of public transportation likewise traverse the area near the property, including the MRT.

Convenient travel aside, the improved transportation network is also expected to lead to the increase of property values in the area, proving again that unit owners made an excellent decision when they invested in Brixton Place five years ago.

Brixton Place is one of the developments of DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A real estate developer known for building quality resort-inspired communities in Mega Manila, Baguio City, Boracay, and Davao City. Each of its properties is built with world-standard craftsmanship borne from D.M. Consunji Inc.’s over 60 years of expertise in the construction and development industry.
