Construction of DMCI Homes’ Verdon Parc project in Ecoland Drive, Davao City has been progressing well despite work interruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

As of August 2020, Verdon Parc’s second building, Belvedere, is already 97 percent complete, making it available for move-ins starting November this year. Construction work on the building, which has 20 storeys of residential units, is down to the unit finishes and completion of building enhancements and upgrades.

DMCI Homes adjusted the turnover date of Belvedere building from March to November to be able to fulfill the company’s standard quality management processes and Office of the City Building Official (OCBO) requirements amid the pandemic.

Turnover of Verdon Parc’s two other towers, Trevans and Maurin buildings, on the other hand, will proceed as committed on February 2021 and October 2021 respectively.

Construction of Trevans building is down to unit finishes while structural work is being completed in Maurin building. Trevans  and Maurin feature 20 and 22 storeys of residential units respectively.

All four buildings of Verdon Parc - ready for occupancy Martel building, Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin - have been subjected to structural stability enhancement methods following the recommendation of structural, seismic, and geotechnical consultants.

These include a seismic load and response upgrade, which is a retrofitting technology that raises the life safety performance of a structure to earthquakes.

Moreover, the buildings’ columns and beams have also been reinforced with carbon fiber while sturdy cross-brace and knee-brace have been installed in strategic locations inside the structures to further support foundation posts and beams.

DMCI Homes likewise enhanced Verdon Parc’s development features and property management services to let residents enjoy resort-living experience to the fullest.

For the convenience of residents, the Quadruple A developer has tapped well-trained and experienced property management staff and rolled out a mobile app called DMCI Communities App for easy online access of property management and community services.

DMCI Homes is also making available Wifi in common areas, facial recognition and thermal scanners among technology-enabled services for the convenience and safety of residents inside the condominium complex.

With a three-hectare land area, Verdon Parc offers a host of resort-inspired amenities and plenty of open spaces to complement the laidback yet vibrant vibe in the King City of the South.

The property offers first-rate resort-inspired amenities such as kiddie pool, lounge pool, lap pool, gazebo, fitness gym, open lawn, entertainment room, children’s play area, function rooms, covered multi-purpose court, and podium deck garden.

Verdon Parc also features expansive open spaces, which make up almost half of the land area, in line with DMCI Homes’ goal to provide healthy living spaces in its residential developments.

All four buildings of Verdon Parc —Martel, Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin feature DMCI Homes’ healthy building design that allows natural light and ventilation inside the residential units.

Unlike typical condominiums, units at Verdon Parc open up to single-loaded hallways and landscaped atriums to give residents extra space to move around as well as a feel of the outdoors.

Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin buildings also bear DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Design Technology, which allows light and fresh air to permeate the structure as well as all unit spaces within through three-storey high openings called Sky Patios.

All these features plus the breathtaking 360-degree scenic views of Samal Island and Mt. Apo surely make condominium-living an everyday vacation lifestyle at Verdon Parc.
