DMCI Homes bags Gold in the PANAta Awards

The leading resort-inspired developer challenges its employees to a commitment of quality service, earning them a Gold award from the Philippine Association for National Advertisers (PANA) for its internal campaign entitled, “Ours is a story on Quality”.

DMCI Homes sees its 15th year Anniversary as an opportunity to make a difference from the campaign hubbub made by other industry players and developers, all of which promising a life of quality for its customers. DMCI Homes believes that in order for a company to be perceived to have products and services that speak quality, it should emanate from within its core – its employees.

On its 15th year, DMCI Homes internally facilitates a full-on campaign to tell its story on Quality. All internal materials were transformed, to communicate quality of service – from blown-up prints and posters displayed on its office walls, to internal company newsletters, AVPs and TVC, and other internal merchandise. All of which featuring executives collaborating with normal employees, and seeing to it that every little detail of work done should be in its best quality.

The company understands that internally advertising its campaign may help, but will not be enough– it should be supported with more action. It came up with numerous internal programs and events that celebrated the quality of performance and work ethics of its employees and business partners by rewarding their positive efforts.

The PANAta awards gives recognition to effective communication materials as measured through improved business results, key brand metrics, increased employee satisfaction, improved business and partner relationships. Among the list of entries who joined are companies from different industries: Shell Companies in the Philippines, Megaworld Corporation, SMDC, Nestle Philippines, Jollibee Food Corporation, Globe Telecom, and many more.
