Verdon Parc’s second building, Belvedere, is targeted for turnover in March next year.

Premier Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes has wrapped up structural work of the second building of its Verdon Parc development in Davao City, making the 20-level residential tower on track for turnover early next year.

As of May 2019, construction work on the second tower, Belvedere, has shifted to the unit finishes, in preparation for the building’s scheduled turnover in March next year.

Once completed, Belvedere will become the second building delivered to unit owners after the completion of the first building, seven-storey Martel, in January 2017.

Construction of the third and fourth towers, Trevans and Maurin, of the four-building development likewise is in full blast to meet the committed occupancy dates of February 2021 and October 2021 respectively.

Designed with DMCI Homes’ Lumiventt® Technology, all the three towers Belvedere, Trevans, and Maurin feature three-storey high Sky Patios, landscaped atriums, and single-loaded hallways to allow natural light and fresh air to permeate within the condo’s residential floors.

Verdon Parc’s first building, Martel, was turned over to unit owners in January 2017.

The three towers also provide an excellent vantage point to appreciate the scenic and serene surroundings of Davao City that include the breathtaking views of Samal Island and Mt. Apo.

Located in Ecoland Drive, corner Peacock Street, Davao City, Verdon Parc is DMCI Homes’ initial foray into the Mindanao property market.

Spanning a three-hectare land area, the modern tropical-themed development offers a host of resort-inspired amenities that complement Davao City’s abundant and pristine natural resources.

These include a kiddie pool, lap pool, gazebo, fitness gym, open lawn, entertainment room, children’s play area, podium deck area, and other leisure zones.
